Our process:

  1. Once you contact us, you will receive a prompt email or phone call from one of our experienced staff to thank you for your interest in the services offered by American Visa Concierge.
  2. Our representative ‘s goal will be to get a brief overview of your situation and send you the American Visa Concierge client application.
  3. Once you complete and submit the application by email (along with the $95.00 processing fee via Paypal ) providing us information about your background, timeline to travel, your Business-Investment-Financial Objectives, desired US city to move to, housing goals and more, our Executive Director or a senior staff member at American Visa Concierge  will  assess your application and schedule a Skype or phone meeting  with  you to further discuss your needs.
  4. Once the parameters and logistics for your move to the US have been established and you have identified the concierge package you want, the Executive Director will prepare an agreement for you to sign. As soon as the initial retainer deposit and the signed application have been remitted and received by our Florida office, we will immediately get to work and schedule your introduction to an Immigration Attorney.
  5. A member of our staff will be assigned to you as your personal representative. This individual will be available as needed by email and by appointment weekly on Skype for up to 30 min where necessary to answer questions, act as a liaison and to coordinate all services and activities on your behalf.
  6. Once a package is selected, you can only modify the agreement by expanding your service level at a la carte pricing or by completely upgrading to a higher level package.

This is our BUDGET package providing many of the basic services you will need to move to Florida. The duration of service will be for 4 months from the date of agreement signing. 

American Destiny Deluxe Package

Our AMERICAN DESTINY DELUXE package provides many of the basic and expanded services you will need to fast track your move to Florida. The duration of service will be for 8 months from the date of agreement signing. 

Freedom American Platinum Package

Our FREEDOM AMERICAN PLATINUM package provides many of the basic and upgraded services you will need to fast track your move to Florida. The duration of service will be for 12 months from the date of agreement signing. 


Gateway to America Package

What it includes:

  2. Consult with you about buying the Business or Franchise you need to qualify for the Visa through our affiliate Business Broker World. Assess the profitability and valuation of the Business, negotiate the price and terms on your behalf, and guide  you so you don’t make the costly mistake of buying the wrong business or paying too much. Coordinate on your behalf with a Licensed Business Attorney for the escrow of your purchase funds and your Business closing.
  3. Write the Business Plan to be submitted with your Visa application for the Business or Franchise you buy.
  4. Assist you with the setup of the, Partnership, Corporation or LLC you will need to buy the Business or Franchise. Create the Articles of Organization and the Operating Agreement as necessary.
  5. Get your Tax ID number from Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for your company.
  6. Provide advice on best communities to live in and best Schools, Colleges or University selection for kids based on their ages.
  7. Advice on the many pitfalls, guidelines and procedures to buying or renting a home or apartment so you don’t get taken advantage of. We will refer you to a Licensed Residential Home Experts who will do the research you need and provide home options for you based on your criteria. The Real Estate agent will negotiate the price on your behalf, and make recommendations on the purchase or lease contract for the home you wish to live in.
  8. Arrange any transportation needed inside the US such as taxi pick up at local airport, rental car, and hotel for any trips to preview businesses or franchises, meet with immigration attorney or other professional service providers.
  9. We will attend the initial Business Seller meetings with you as your advisor when you arrive in Florida to preview the business or franchise you intend to buy. Travel with foreign clients to other US cities and states outside of Florida will involve time and travel expense reimbursement.
  10. Advice on required city or state licenses you will need to operate your new business or Franchise.
  11. We will advise you on the best strategies to develop a personal and business credit score in the US. Why it is so vital to establish a credit rating quickly. Who the credit reporting agencies are and how they work.
  12. A member of our staff will be assigned to you as your personal representative. This individual will be available as needed by email and by appointment weekly on Skype for up to 30 minutes where necessary to answer questions, act as a liaison and to coordinate all services and activities on your behalf.
  13. If English is not your primary language, we will refer you to an “English as a second language American School” if you wish to improve your written and spoken English.
  14. We will make available for up to 10 hours Language Interpreters specifically relating to your Business, Franchise, or Real Estate purchase in major languages such as  Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Hindu, Chinese and others to facilitate communication. Additional Interpretation hours available at a la carte rates.
  15. An electronic Directory of vital services will be provided to you 10 days before you arrive in Florida by email. It will include such information as:
    1. How do you avoid getting ripped off when you don’t know the American culture, your English isn’t perfect and you don’t know yet how business works in America?
    2. Where do you go to get your American Driver’s license? What is the process? What paperwork will you need?

  9. During your stay, you will meet in person and have dinner at a deluxe restaurant with Ricardo Sanchez, Executive Director of American Visa Concierge. He will consult with you and offer further advice about many important aspects of your move to the US.
  10.   19. Ricardo Sanchez, American Visa Concierge, Executive Director and your client Personal Representative will meet and greet all new Deluxe Clients upon their final arrival at local US airport and transportation will be arranged to take them and their luggage from the airport to their new home.
  20. Our Videographer will be present to create a Video Memory Story of the family’s arrival in the US.
  21. A “Welcome to America Celebration Dinner” will be organized for the family by American Visa Concierge within one week after arrival. The dinner will be hosted by Ricardo Sanchez Executive Director, and Denis J. Burke President and CEO.
  22. Our Videographer will be present to conduct interviews and gather some additional celebration memories. An edited copy of the video will be given to the family within 30 days of the event.
